Underfloor heating

What we need from you
To make sure your underfloor heating or screeding installation runs smoothly and on schedule. here's what we will need from you before we start
Measurements and Plans (if available)
- Floor plans or room measurements
- Preferred Manifold location
- Any build up or level requirements
Site access
- Clear access to work area indoors and out
- Parking space for vehicle and equipment (permits if required)
- Safe working environment
Site readiness
- Subbase or floor structure complete
- Any other trades scheduled before or after our install
- All debris cleared from floors
- Dry weather-tight working area (especially for screed)
Water, Power supply and Washout
- Water with hose lock connection within 20m of pumping location
- Power 240V (please tell us if 110V is needed)
- Washout (this normally equates to 2 wheelie bins worth of waste)
